Reflecting on progression is key to determine progress. Very pleased with @smith_machine_ ability to stay consistent to her goals and live the lifestyle of a bodybuilder through the ups and downs. There’s about a 6 lb difference total here but a completely different athlete now. Next prep should be a fun one!

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of winnin

There’s nothing quite like the feeling of winning! 😻🏆 A HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Karen on her first place win today in Greater New York!

Karen competed at the @sudburyclassicchampionships May 25 and felt like she wanted to try another show @npc_northeast Greater New York Championship to improve her posing presentation.

With some fine tuning and sticking to our plan for 4 more weeks, Karen won 1st place 🥇 in Bikini Masters 50+ and 2nd place 🥈in Bikini Masters 40+

Karen and I have been working together online for the last 2 years. She is an amazing athlete and I am deeply proud of how far she has come! 🫶
